FILL Restaurant & Piano Bar – CHG’s newest property is tipping its hat to 2018 with a trifecta of celebratory options. These include a $45 bar package (seating at the bar and bar tables, entertainment plus 3 drinks of choice, food a la carte), $125 dinner package (seating in the dining room, chef’s featured four-course menu with wine pairings or choice of beverage) and a $200 VIP package (dinner package plus unlimited beverages and table for the evening). The bar package can be combined with the dinner package at a discounted rate of $25.
First-course options for the dinner package and VIP package dinner includes bacon bombs, mariachi bites, Hawaiian style lumpia, and lamb meatballs. The second course includes Fiona’s apple salad and corn and jalapeno bisque. Entrée choices include a 9-ounce filet mignon, pecan-encrusted salmon, bone-in pork chop, jerk chicken, and fire roasted tomato and mozzarella ravioli with butter-poached lobster. Eli’s Table – Executive Chef Steve Hampton and his culinary team have created an elegant menu to savor 2018’s debut. To start, lobster bisque with grilled crostini and basil ($12) or a salad of Champagne and butter-poached lobster with mesculin, manchego, blistered cherry tomato, shaved radish, and blueberry and green tea reduction ($21). A roasted hearts of romaine Caesar salad is a second salad alternative ($12). Entrée offerings including rainbow trout with charred asparagus, smoked Gouda grit cake, pecan apple butter, sweet potato crisp and trout roe ($36) or braised bone-in short rib with farro pilaf, herbed zucchini & spaghetti squash with a blistered tomatoes bordelaise ($45). Tabbuli – Tabbuli will welcome 2018 with a Fifty Shades of Masquerade fete with a seriously taboo theme.
