21 Teresa Lane exchanges hands for $4.2 million, the highest-price residential real estate sale on Tybee Island
On Thursday, December 16, 21 Teresa Lane closed for $4.2 million, setting the record for the highest-price residential sale on Tybee Island.
The buyer, represented by Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, came to the Lowcountry brokerage by way of the Sotheby’s International Realty global referral network. “I recently took a road trip to Charleston, SC and visited the Morris Island Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in South Carolina. It was built in 1876, decommissioned in 1962, and it was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The only way to access the lighthouse was via drone since the waters around the area are too rough for swimming or wading. I launched my DJI Mini 2 from the north bank of Folly beach to reach the lighthouse, circled it a few times, and booked it back to the launch point before my battery ran out twice. This was the first time I used the Quickshot function to orbit around the lighthouse and it seemed to work pretty well. Again, I composed a simple background music track to complement the video footage using Dune 3 and Beatmaker in Bitwig Studio.” – Hayashi Multimedia

Wild Blue Ropes from a distance, as you drive down Folly Road, continues to turn heads daily. Its complex structure and stimulating visual has created quite a buzz.
We decided to take the challenge head on. Not notoriously strong on the balance side, I was a little concerned, but after only about 20 minutes, I began to rely less on the rope supports and more on my balance skills. Careful: the first time you look down, it is a doozer of a view.
