“I recently took a road trip to Charleston, SC and visited the Morris Island Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in South Carolina. It was built in 1876, decommissioned in 1962, and it was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The only way to access the lighthouse was via drone since the waters around the area are too rough for swimming or wading. I launched my DJI Mini 2 from the north bank of Folly beach to reach the lighthouse, circled it a few times, and booked it back to the launch point before my battery ran out twice. This was the first time I used the Quickshot function to orbit around the lighthouse and it seemed to work pretty well. Again, I composed a simple background music track to complement the video footage using Dune 3 and Beatmaker in Bitwig Studio.” – Hayashi Multimedia
