Jake began his journey with CBA as a Service Writer at the Grand Parkway location, where he spent nine years serving guests and their vehicles. His commitment and leadership acumen earned him positions at the CBA Home Office as a Franchise Performance Coach and later as Manager of Franchise Operators. Now, Jake is poised to bring his experience and dedication to the Charleston community with the opening of his own shop.
