The honorable Mayor Riley has been a figure head of prominence for over 40 years and has led this quiet Southern land of warmth and hospitality with grace, dignity and pride. His legacy will remain for generations to come and his accomplishments are too many to count.
It is difficult for most of us to remember a time when Joseph Riley was not our esteemed Mayor gracing us with smiles and empowering us to achieve our dreams.
