CF Evans Construction is doing an amazing job on the development of the new Founders Yard Apartments, the latest housing development in West Ashley.
A recent post on LinkedIn stated: “Exterior details are taking shape at the Founders Yard site in West Ashley, with the pool ready for tiling and coping, and preparations for landscaping and hardscaping underway. Brick installation on all four buildings is nearly complete, and new curbs are being installed. On the interior, Building 1 is receiving its finishing touches with fixture trims, countertops, and cabinets, while the clubhouse is preparing to accommodate all the amenity features. Amazing work, project team!”
