What is Ghost Kitchen?
Ghost Kitchen Charleston is a 5,000 square foot commercial culinary space for restaurateurs, food trucks, and packaged goods companies.
Our team is comprised of experienced members of the Charleston Food and Beverage community who want to build a space that supports the wide variety of food-based entrepreneurs in the Lowcountry.

Facility Overview
Our Facility has 10 main cooking stations for you to use by the hour. They are:
1) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
2) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
3) 36″ Grill / 24″ Griddle
4) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
5) Smoker / Double Combi Oven
6) prep only (space for future expansion)
7) 6 burner Range w/ Oven
8) prep only (space for future expansion)
9) 6 burner range with oven / Convection Oven
10) Deck oven/ Fryer
We also provide access to a blast chiller, pressure cooker/tilt braiser, a slicer, mixers, and a wide variety of cookware. Our lot has parking and hookups for 20 food trucks. Official Website
