I am the owner (along with my brother) of In & Out, and would like to thank you for this amazing article. We are the 3rd Generation of our family to own it and my children (4th Generation) currently work here too! I always like to highlight our “fearless leader” and General Manager- Mr. Perry Capers. He started working for my Granddaddy in 1960, only 6 months after opening 65 years ago and is still going strong. His knees have gotten bad over the years so he cruises around in a supped up mobility scooter checking every car and making customers happy. I always say that “Perry IS In & Out Car Wash”!!
