South Carolina has the 2nd highest percentage of job resignations in the nation according to the latest study
WalletHub has released its findings for the 2022 U.S. states with the highest resignation rates. Our own South Carolina was ranked as the 2nd highest in the nation with a resignation rate in the last month of 3.80% and in the last 12 months 3.28%.

Methodology
To rank the states and the District of Columbia, WalletHub considered the rate at which people quit their jobs in both the latest month and the last 12 months. We then used these metrics to rank-order the resignation rates from highest to lowest.
- Resignation Rate (Latest Month): Double Weight (~66.67 Points)
- Resignation Rate (Last 12 Months): Full Weight (~33.33 Points)
