We have downtown Charleston, North Charleston, James Island, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, Summerville, Moncks corner, goose creek, Hanahan, Daniel Island, Isle Of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, just to name a few, all in a 20-mile circumference.
I’m sure you see how picking which area is best for you and your family can be a bit confusing. 90% of my buyers end up choosing Mount Pleasant as their perfect spot. With the top 1% of schools in the state, tons of top restaurants and shopping, downtown and beaches are only a few miles away- Mount Pleasant is the perfect spot for many.

When making this video, I had families relocating to Charleston, specifically Mount Pleasant, in mind. So there we have it, the top 3 neighborhoods to consider when moving to Mount Pleasant. I based these neighborhoods on the desirability, average sales price, location, amenities, drivability, and the overall atmosphere of the community.
