Bennett took her passion for human resources while attending her academic studies at the University of South Carolina and transformed it into a commitment to provide guidance and compassion to small and individual business owners. About Finisha

Hello! I am Finisha I. Bennett the founder of Stoney Landing Solutions. We are a consulting firm specializing in Human Resources and Career Coaching.

We strive to help small business owners avoid the pitfalls and legal risks by educating, training, and providing tools/resources.

As for me, I fell in love with the Human Resources profession my freshmen year at the University of South Carolina. Go Cocks! This love affair has been rewarding for the last two decades as I have continued to learn more and more in this ever-changing profession.

In 2019, I started working on my plans to open the firm as I finished my Masters of Jurisprudence from Tulane University School of Law. What I or no one else could have planned or prepared for is a pandemic!

During this incredibly difficult time of crisis, it is more important than ever to have a partner who is knowledgeable in the field of human resources with the ability to work with you and your team to complete your HR functions.
