  1. Have lived in Charleston 3 times – any where from 4 yrs twice and 15 yrs the last time. Am always drawn there either as a civilian or a member of the Air Force (2 times). Charleston is my comfort zone. All pros no cons except the mosquitos and the Palmeto bugs
