In a city known for its beauty, Charleston artist Emily Westenberger brings a distinctly feminine and sophisticated voice to the local art scene. Blending the worlds of fashion design, illustration, and collage, her work feels as if it has drifted from the pages of a Parisian fashion journal and landed gently in the Lowcountry.
Westenberger’s illustrations are instantly recognizable. Her latest collection, The Stories We Wear, explores the idea that clothing is far more than fabric.
