Housing for All – Mount Pleasant Builds Fundraising Momentum

UNITED COMMUNITY BANK, INC. RAISES THE ROOF ON ATTAINABLE HOUSING WITH $2,500 DONATION
HOUSING FOR ALL MOUNT PLEASANT BUILDS FUNDRAISING MOMENTUM

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (April 12, 2019)Housing For All – Mount Pleasant (HFAMP) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to fostering attainable housing in South Carolina’s fourth largest municipality, continues to build momentum with a generous $2,500 donation from United Community Bank, Inc.

“We are grateful for this new commitment from such an important community partner,” said Melissa Moore, director of operations for HFAMP. “This donation is the start of a larger partnership and validates the need for attainable workforce housing in Mount Pleasant.”

The donation makes United Community Bank, Inc. a “Roof Level” sponsor and highlights the important work being done to make attainable housing a reality for first responders, teachers, senior citizens and all of those affected by the ongoing regional housing crisis.

More than seven in ten workers in Mount Pleasant are forced to live elsewhere, often due to a lack of attainable housing options. Housing For All – Mount Pleasant is committed to bringing real solutions to address this crisis and create a closer, stronger community for all.
