In an attempt to preserve the local ecosystem and prevent flooding, biofiltration areas that focus on absorbing water from adjacent hard surfaces such as roads, have been installed. These filtration areas help to improve the quality of runoff water that goes back into the ecosystem and also help to create habitats for pollinators and birds! Bonus points for the fact these biofiltration areas look like beautiful gardens to the naked eye.

3. Public Access Points- Morrison Yard Residences wants the community to feel welcome to enjoy the outdoor public access areas that they have set up.
