Stride the Wave 5k benefitting the Warrior Surf Foundation will be Sunday, April 21 – Registration now open
We’re pleased to announce the Stride the Wave 5k, a run benefitting Warrior Surf Foundation taking place on Sunday, April 21 at 9 a.m. at James Island County Park. Proceeds will go towards WSF’s Surf Therapy Program, which provides 12 weeks of free surf therapy, yoga, wellness classes and community to Veterans struggling with PTSD and other mental health challenges. Registration is now open! General registration costs $40, virtual registration costs $35, registration for Warrior Surf Alumni costs $30 and registration for kids costs $15. Those who register before March 31 will receive a T-shirt. On April 21, the James Island County Park gates will open at 8 a.m. and there will be a $2 entry fee for everyone over the age of two. Check-in and T-shirt pickup will run from 8- 8:45 a.m.
