Featuring 405 one- and two-bedroom units, Scout Living welcomes guests for flexible lengths of stay, from a single night to a week, a month, or longer, and is designed to meet the wants and needs of a new generation of consumers who want greater flexibility in how they live, work, and travel. Each fully furnished and serviced unit offers functional minimalism and is complete with a fully equipped kitchen – stocked with cooking essentials, a dishwasher, and wash-dryer combo – plus separate living and sleeping spaces for a comfortable at-home feel. Guests have access to rooftop amenities (like a pool, terrace, wellness studio, and reservable entertaining spaces and a chef’s style kitchen) and services typically found at hotels.
