CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Go Store It has broken ground on two new self-storage developments, located in Asheville, NC and Mt Pleasant, SC.

Go Store It owns 3 existing facilities in Asheville and has one facility under development off of Hendersonville, Rd. This latest development will feature over 600 units and will be fully climate controlled. The development is located in the under supplied Woodfin sub-market just North of Downtown Asheville.

This is Go Store It’s third development in Mt Pleasant and its 5^th in the Charleston market. Located at Gregorie Ferry Rd and 17 N the facility will be 3 stories, fully climate controlled, and feature over 400 units. Go Store It’s other Charleston storage locations include a recently opened facility at Long Point Rd and has facilities under construction at Johnnie Dodds, Folly Rd, Maybank Highway, and Downtown Charleston.
